Businesses with fewer than 15 employees often do not have an HR department or someone to help them manage employee benefits, so I step in to support them. In most cases, business owners want to retain loyal employees and offer a competitive benefits package. We usually start with health insurance and may also include a dental plan, but there are many other benefit options for small businesses to consider.
